TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Offers will be entertained on a first-come-first serve basis.
  • Stall will be allotted on First cum basis.
  • One table, two chairs, two lights, one plug point and carpeting will be included in the cost.
  • Facilities required if any, will be provided at an extra cost.
  • The Company shall be responsible for any special permissions, licenses etc., if any mandated by the Government of India.
  • All payments shall be payable in Indian Rupees net of all taxes & TDS due before the conference.
  • GST to be borne by the partner on reverse charge basis.
  • The Academic Grant offer shall be confirmed only on receipt of the full sponsorship amount.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of sponsorship at any point of time.
  • For prominent exhibition and advertisement space book as early as possible.
  • All the Academic Partners will be acknowledged at appropriate time during the conference.
  • GST will be additional on all opportunities.
