CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear Delegate
Congress need Build-up and has many financial commitments to be made in advance while we understand that sometimes unavailable circumstances may need cancellation of Registration.
We are more than willing to help but we are also under financial obligation which involve pre-spending hence the cancellation policy is as follows.
| Cancellation | 100 % Refund | Before 15th March, 2025. |
|---|---|---|
| Cancellation | 50 % Refund | Before 15th April, 2025. |
| Cancellation | No Refund | After 15th April, 2025. |
In case of any natural disaster , calamity or war the program will be reschedule to a later date the fees will be adjusted to the later program and will not be refunded.
